Frequently asked questions
Is it mandatory to train workers?
Yes. Regulation (EC) 852/2004 requires food businesses to ensure that food handlers are trained in food hygiene appropriate to their work.
Can workers who don't speak Spanish take it?
Yes. The course and exam are available in 12 languages. The certificate is in Spanish and English so inspectors can read it.
Do the codes expire?
No. Use them for new starters whenever you need.
Do you issue invoices with tax ID?
Yes. At checkout you enter your company name, tax ID and billing address, and you receive an invoice.
What if I need more than 50 licences?
The 50+ price applies to any larger quantity. For more than 500, contact us for a quote.
